  • Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily. The program includes both gym-based and home-based options, so you can choose what works best for you. All you need is some basic equipment (or just your bodyweight if you prefer home workouts) to get started.

  • How much does it cost?

It’s a fraction of what most women spend on beauty treatments or weekly takeouts, yet it will actually transform your body and give you results that last.

  • Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes! Whether you’ve never stepped foot in a gym or you're already active, we’ll meet you where you are. You’ll receive all the guidance, support, and structure you need to make real progress.

It’s not recommended. This program is a complete system designed to give you everything you need to succeed. Adding random classes or programs could interfere with your recovery and results. Stick to the plan and you'll see better results.

You’ll have weekly check-ins with photos, performance tracking, and feedback. Progress isn’t about guessing—it’s about measurable, visible results that you’ll see week after week.

  • What happens after the 8 weeks are over?

At the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll have the option to continue with advanced coaching to keep building on your progress, or take the knowledge you’ve gained and continue on your own with confidence.

  • What if I have an injury or limitation?

No problem! We’ll work with you to tailor the training around your injury or limitation so that you can still get the benefits of the program, safely and effectively.
